Lot 5: Generic Studies and support Activities

Experts of this Lot will be assigned to undertake Needs Assessment Studies in each beneficiary country i.e. to analyse the existing situation, constraints and needs in relation to the programme objectives. They would also be assigned to undertake baseline socio-economic studies, feasibility studies, economic and financial analyses, policy studies, etc.

The Expert Profiles requested are:

• Food quality control auditors with experience of the EU legal framework of fish sanitary controls;
• Fisheries scientists with knowledge of policy & applied resource management issues
• Sociologists or equivalent with experience in base line studies in the rural development sector;
• Economists with experience in economic and financial analysis and feasibility studies
• Development -cooperation experts with experience in extension work, co-operatives and credit lines
