Evaluation and impact assessment activities of the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP) for the Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (LOT 2)

Lamans s.a. is proud to announce a new contract framework award with the EC Directorate General for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Lamans s.a as part of an EU consortium will be responsible of covering the Mediterranean and Black Sea regions. The budget of the framework contract will be 3.400.000 € for a duration of 2 + 1 years.

The aim of the aforementioned framework contract will be to assist DG MARE with carrying out its evaluation-related activities, including impact assessment, in order to provide a reliable and objective assessment of how efficient and effective activities have been (retrospective evaluations) or are expected to be (prospective evaluations, including impact assessment) for the Common Fisheries Policy (CFP).

The overall objective of this framework contract will be to facilitate procurement of full studies or of parts of studies and other supporting services (e.g. data collection, cost-benefit analyses, synthesizing and compiling reports, assessment of administrative burdens, etc.) in the framework of the Commission’s evaluation procedures, including impact assessment.
