LAMANS has been selected from the Delegation of the European Union to the Arab Republic of Egypt (EUD) to implement a Feasibility Study for Technical Assistance Programme in the Egyptian Aquaculture Sector, focusing on the marine component.
The specific objectives of this assignment are to provide a study on the marine species aquaculture sector in Egypt and formulate terms of references for a technical assistance programme of indicative budget of EUR 2.000.000.
On Sunday 11 December 2011 a kick off meeting took place between LAMANS, the General Authority for Fish Resources Development (GAFRD) and the Delegation of the European Union to Egypt.
